I attended a free introduction.
If you are interested in exploring the "stuckness" in your life, exploring why you encounter the same blocks over and over this could be for you. If you have a desire to be happier, feel lighter and expand I encourage you to spend a few hours with them and remember parts of yourself that are ready to get out and play! Have fun with it and if you learn something about yourself in the process so be it :) You don't have to share anything with anyone, it's all about you. And You are the best reason to take the time to do this. The stronger and happier you are the better partner, parent, coworker, friend you will be. One of my favorite quotes is "You can't give away what you don't possess" Be all the wonderful traits you admire - be loving, be kind, be generous, be non-judgemental. Live these everyday and your world will change for the better - it must it's how energy works.

I have been looking into consciousness, the law of attraction, and self-development for a while now and I have never experienced something so comprehensive in its approach to not only remove unconscious blocks but its capability to actually cause an evolutionary jump in awareness through unique exercises that use different attentive modalities in the present moment. The forever Now makes a lot more sense and I have never been happier with who/what I am and this precious gift of life we have. If you haven't done the course, do it.
